Custom Gummy Formulation

Custom gummies are developed in-house by Virc’s team of nutraceutical experts, resulting in gummies with the requested taste, texture, and specifications.

Custom Gummy Revision If Necessary

After the recipe formulation, our team evaluates it to ensure there are no complications and that all ingredients meet the correct industry standards.

Product Approval

VIRC never proceeds without getting your 100% approval on the taste, texture, and nutritional specifications of your customized gummy.

Product Quote

We typically provide a firm quote right away if the recipe is common, while for unique recipes the time can vary from 1 to 48 hours.

Placement of Purchase Order

After the mutual agreement on custom gummy prices, the PO is placed with a 50% payment of the order.

Raw Materials Order

To initiate material procurement and production, we require advance payment on the purchase order, due 1-2 months before production.

Packaging Ordered or Received

For on-time and in-full delivery, packaging material is sourced beforehand either from the supplier or from the customer.

Plant Trial

With your final stamp on the gummy recipe, we validate your gummy to ensure its suitability for large-scale production.

Production

The second last step of the customer journey is the production, bottling, and labeling of your nutritious gummy product.

Gummies Ready For Pickup

After the gummies are filled into bags, pouches, or bottles, they are dispatched to you to be shared with your admirers!
